Technical team leader, collaborator and contributor in the development of large portions of a wide range of projects.
Enthusiastic commitment to the multidisciplinary design process and team-focused environment.
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
Has achieved professional accreditation and licensure in the USA / LEED professional accreditation a plus.
Ten years minimum of architectural design experience in all phases of project work.
Five years minimum managing a project team.
Proficiency in Autocad, Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Suite a plus.
Willingness to learn and mentor.

Designer/Draftsperson

Desired skills and expertise:
Strong technical understanding of design philosophy and the ability to develop strategies to incorporate into the design of landmark projects.
Enthusiastic commitment to the multidisciplinary design process and team-focused environment.
Completion of a five or six year architectural degree program or Master’s in Architecture program.
Demonstrates knowledge of building materials, detailing, construction techniques, related engineering principles, sustainability strategies and building codes.
Proficiency in Autocad, Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Suite a plus.
Willingness to learn and grow.
